The brand takes inspiration from the simple idea of building blocks, and the fractal patterns emphasize modular growth, evolution, and adaptation. The multifaceted and bold illustration is found throughout Medecision’s branding and is embraced and celebrated in their new headquarters. The environmental graphics throughout the space and the dynamic seating element that connects the common areas are derived from the fractal patterns found in the company’s branding.

The centerpiece of the Bohannon Development Company, Hillsdale has reinvented itself again through re-thinking the sites of its former Mervyn’s and Sears department store. Asia Square is the landmark that defines the new downtown precincts of Marina Bay. Located along Marina View at Marina Bay in Singapore, Asia Square is a twin-tower mixed-use development with 2,000,000 square feet of grade A office space, a 280-room five-star hotel, 60,000 square feet of retail space and ‘The Cube’, a 100,000-square-foot open public space.

The Kaiser Permanente Dublin Medical Offices and Cancer Center is a three-story, 220,000 sf medical office building in Dublin, California and designed to suit several purposes. Serving as a hospital with traditional medical offices, our team designed the facility’s wayfinding systems to meet hospital’s standards. The new facility will serve as a hub. It offers access to specialty services for the local community, including urgent care, cancer treatment, laboratory and pharmacy space, and advanced imaging — all in one location.

SQPEG developed a comprehensive wayfinding and signage program for the Highland Hospital Acute Care Tower Replacement project. The 592,000 square-foot facility was constructed in three phases and represents one of the largest healthcare projects undertaken by Alameda County. Phase 1 featured an 80,000 square foot outpatient and specialty care center. The three-story facility was built over a 172-space parking structure and includes connectors to the new hospital. Phase Two consists of the Acute Care Tower, a nine-story, 169-bed acute care facility. These new facilities unify the campus both functionally and architecturally.

Presidio Theatre

Presidio Theatre is a historic community landmark best known during WWII where performers like Bob Hope would entertain the troops and their families. SQPEG was asked to design an interior sign system that reflected the Art Deco inspiration throughout the space. SQPEG worked closely with Peggy Haas, who funded the historical theatre’s renovation, and Presidio Trust for the exterior, which had to adhere to the sign standards used throughout the property. Scope included exterior signage, a backstage super-graphic for the cast door, a center star in the lobby, and interior identity and wayfinding.

Nestled in the quintessential ski town and stunning backdrop of Aspen Mountain stands Aspen Skiing Company's Limelight Hotel. The signature hotel underwent renovation in 2021, where our team had the opportunity to elevate the interior signage and wayfinding design. The hotel is a four-story building with 126 guest rooms and suites, a full-service restaurant and bar, lounge, kids club and conference facilities. This was our team's first Aspen project, and a very special one for our Colorado team in the Roaring Fork Valley.
