Keaton has been with Square Peg Design for 10 years, and she spent two years leading our Dubai office, growing our international presence, and working on some of our most significant overseas projects. Keaton is passionate about the importance of the design process to create innovative solutions for everyday challenges. She brings exceptional talent in the conception of creative branding and signage design solutions.

Marlowe is a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director committed to delivering exceptional customer service. With a strong background in custom fabrication and a deep understanding of wayfinding and signage, Marlowe leads his projects' organization, planning, coordination, documentation, production, and project management. Whether it is a small or large-scale project, he will ensure that every detail is taken care of, from the design phase to implementation.

Fernando is a highly experienced professional with over 19 years of experience at Square Peg Design. As our creative lead, Fernando has been an integral part of most of our high-profile projects, where he has demonstrated his proficiency in computer modeling, illustration, typography, and signage design coordination. Apart from his expertise in signage and wayfinding, Fernando also has extensive knowledge and experience in technical and digital design.

Mimi joined us one year ago as a Senior Designer, but quickly grew into a bigger role. She is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in various environmental graphic design programs. She possesses a wide range of expertise, including design research, wayfinding analysis and programming, documentation, and the ability to develop effective design solutions that communicate the vision and values of each project.
