Signage & Wayfinding
Signage in the built environment is the layer that connects the end users with the architecture or landscape; it builds connection and meaning as one experiences the space, and a successful wayfinding program will help users navigate the space with ease.
Placemaking
The integration of elements in the environment such as a sculpture or featured display to help create a sense of place. Placemaking features might highlight central nodes or could enhance a sense of arrival. Placemaking creates an experience and affects how you feel in an environment.
Branding & Identity
Identity and brand development involve creating not only the logo for a project, but developing an overall look, feel, and mood for the brand. This includes selecting a family of colors, fonts, and sometimes even custom graphic elements to support the desired graphic representation of the project.
Branded Environments
Workplace graphics are a way to enrich the space thru injecting branded and brand inspired elements into the space, including interior finishes, feature walls, or other elements to enhance the built environment.
Interpretive Graphics
Interpretive graphics are signs that communicate a narrative about a place, workplace, or tourist destination. This might include a historical timeline display, diagrammatic illustrations of the local flora and fauna, or an informative exhibit.
Master Sign Programs

This term is sometimes used interchangeably with the term Signage Standards & Guidelines, where they might cross-over in many ways, Signage Standards are typically a tool used by the client to manage the ongoing needs of a signage program.
