Walnut Creek Transit Village is a mixed-use development that has transformed the area around the Walnut Creek BART station into a mix of housing and retail. The $380 million project feature The Waymark, a 596 apartment and 26,000 square feet of retail on 16 acres of what had been the BART station’s parking lot.

The Walnut Creek Transit Village is one of the biggest housing developments centered around a BART station.

Square Peg Design was engaged to develop the signage and wayfinding program for the project.
